RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the date on which they or a third party designated by them receives the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email or through the withdrawal form available on our website before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The product must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal request has been submitted.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT – SEALED COSMETIC PRODUCTS

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Accordingly, cosmetic products may only be returned under the right of withdrawal if they remain unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact.

Returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised for an individual customer are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned except in the event of a defect or non-conformity.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.
