Shipping policy

Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Customs fees are not the responsibility of the shop Kementári, they are incurred by the importer or recipient of the goods. Kementári is also not responsible for damages incurred during transport and shipping of packages. The shop Kementári is also not responsible for delayed, misplaced/lost parcels or any issues related to the courier's process once the package has been handed over for shipping and left the country of origin.

Shipments to the United States: Kementári makes every effort to ensure that all shipments to the United States are prepared and dispatched in full compliance with applicable export regulations and shipping requirements.

Please note that once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is subject to customs clearance procedures controlled by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other relevant authorities.

Kementári is not responsible for any delays, holds, additional charges, confiscation, or returns caused by customs inspection, import restrictions, or regulatory decisions. All customs duties, taxes, and import-related fees are included on the shipping fees presented to you at checkout.

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Terms and Services, including our shipping policy. We confirm that all standard export procedures were correctly followed on our end at the time of shipment.
